may be it is not a bug but anyway:

i'm a russian user. i use true type fonts everywhere
so when for example i view a russian site then in the title of the window
there symbols which must not be there
same thing in icon descriptions, winlist etc

for example when you visit the site www.rambler.ru (russian search)
in the title you will see some thing like (* - undisplayable symbol here):

*/%1**koi8-r* russian word /%1**koi8-r* russian word /%1**koi8-r* etc

the font I have for titles is (from my config file):
-microsoft-tahoma-medium-r-normal--*-110-75-75-p-*-koi8-r
