* Incompatible change: HilightBack + ActiveForeOff no longer hilihgts the text.
* Incompatible change: HilightBack without a colour is no longer equivalent to
HilightBackOff. Same with ActiveFore(Off).
* New MenuStyles: HilightBack(Off).
* Cleaned up menu colour code.
