At present time I think that either:
1 - Title Decoration is always rotated CW (as the buttons order)
Or
2 - title text, title Decor _and_ buttons order should follow
*TitleRotatedC{C}W.
1 is probably more simple and maybe 2 can leads to some unexpected
difficulty. Is 1 unacceptable?
