This can be changed. 
BTW: The pager on the web can only look like a pager on fvwm.
     The behaviour can be imitated only.

Changing the style using mozilla "View -> Use Style ..."? 

It is normal that this setting is discarded when you move to
subpages. To remain settings we must define a layout like
plain or default.
