When I uncommented it in cvs 2.5 days ago it returned Internal Error 500 on all php files. Anyway, please either make DirectoryIndex in the apache configuration override-able, so that we may change the index.php vus index.html order in .htaccess (preferable), or change this order explicetely in http.conf.
