When adding the line "*FvwmTaskBar: ShowTips" to system.fvwm2rc, after one
tip is showed, the left part of the taskbar (start button, the shortcut
minibuttons and the app buttons but not the clock area) is filled with the
FocusBack color and is not correctly repainted until restart fvwm. This bug
don't appear on Slackware 9 (XFree86).
