Minor contribution

Hello there,

I've done a minor change to the FvwmScript module (fvwm 2.5.17). Now I've a new instruction:
"WindowTitleArg n", that replaces the window title by the value of the nth fvwmscript argument.

I know it's a minor feature... but It seems that I'm no the only one that needs it. Would you be
interested in?
