You addressed this to the list, and a third party, yet you address me
personally. That makes me think that this was intended to be a personal
message. In any case, I'll make my reply public since your query was public.

HV> (saves me from implementing my own mailfiltering system)

Implement your own mail filtering system. Really. If it's truly that
important that you never see another message from this particular
person, then you should know that nothing I can do short of completely
moderating the list will keep a persistent person from sending mail
through the list, and then when that happens at least you can blame your
setup instead of mine.

HV> what is the proper address for 'behavioural complaints' like these?

You are welcome to mail me. The list owner address is of course
appropriate, but I may not check it daily and in any case your message
would have to compete for attention with the hundreds of spam messages
that list subscribers do not see.

Honestly, I have to say I'm somewhat disappointed in general. Yes, the
original troublemaker is annoying. And from that we get a thread with
weird conspiracy theories and one member leaving the project. Folks,
it's just a single idiot on the Internet. There are many, many more of
them out there. Just forget about it, grow thicker skin, and move on.
