Thanks for the hint! I have spend quite a while trying silly variants. This is 
now
working with the above function:

# Shrink width / Height
Key minus       W 4     F-Resize keep  w-70p
Key minus       W 4S    F-Resize w-70p keep
# Enlarge width / height
Key plus        W 4     F-Resize keep  w+70p
Key plus        W 4S    F-Resize w+70p keep
