I clone theBlackDragon, a long before this mode came in Debian, where I use
it. But modern releases omit it.
The only thing that surprise me that fvwm-mode doesn't released to any of
Emacs package repositories:
(setq package-archives '(("ELPA" . "http://tromey.com/elpa/")
("gnu" . "http://elpa.gnu.org/packages/")
("marmalade" . "http://marmalade-repo.org/packages/")
("melpa" . "http://melpa.milkbox.net/packages/")
))
