I've gone through the lists you've provided and although on the face of it, there's one or two duplicates with what I have, I can't say for certain if that's the case without really checking. If it's not too much of a cheek to ask, would it possible for you to provide all the Fvwm files across those CDs you've listed? That would allow me to pick apart anything of interest.
