I looked at your config, and I saw this line:

Style * SloppyFocus, ClickToFocusPassesClick, ClickToFocusRaises, \
        MouseFocusClickRaises, GrabFocusOff, \
                NoPPosition, NoIcon


You therefore just need to add "StippledTitle" to the list, thus:

Style * SloppyFocus, ClickToFocusPassesClick, ClickToFocusRaises, \
        MouseFocusClickRaises, GrabFocusOff, \
                NoPPosition, NoIcon, StippledTitle
