I can see why you suggest this, but no. Some AnotherLevelUp themes use Insets,
and some don't. You are on the right lines, in that it's those that do NOT use
insets that show up the difference most. However, there really was a black box
around the inner window with and without insets in FVWM 2.2 (and 2.0 I think)
and this has gone from 2.4 and 2.5.

I have made some screen shots, and invite you to look at

to see comparisons of the 2.2 and 2.5 decorations.

It's not a big deal, but I think the little black line was nice! :-)
