It is a semantical error. You have
key ... All GotoPage ...
^^^
All means, that GotoPage is called once for *every* window on your
desktop. That will be usually two or more, so each keystroke
moves you until you hit the edge of the desktop. Just remove the
"All" from the four bindings and things start wo work as they
should.
