The 'C' stands for 'Click'. There's also 'I' for 'Immediate' and 'H'
for 'Hold', etc. They're qualifiers for functions, and appear explained
in 'man fvwm'.

As the FAQ says, you can use FvwmEvent as well, something like this:

```
DestroyModuleConfig FvwmEvent-icons: *
*FvwmEvent-icons: Cmd Function
*FvwmEvent-icons: iconify some_function
DestroyFunc some_function
AddToFunc some_function
+ I All (CurrentPage, Iconic) PlaceAgain icon
AddToFunc StartFunction I Module FvwmEvent FvwmEvent-icons
'''
Which means that the icons would be arranged whenever an iconify event
happened.  Hence you could then use a key-binding such as:
Key I A CM Iconify
(Which, in the context of the a window, would iconify it.)
... etc.
