I think someone requested a feature similar to this one (can't remember how
long ago).
The feature I'd like to request is to provide desktop icons with a third
option: only show icon title
when mouse hovers over the icon.
Currently one can either show or not show icon titles. It would be great if
the fvwm crew could add a 3rd choice which is to have like a tooltip for
icons. This would display the full icon title but only when the mouse cursor
is over the icon. I really like the way this works for the panel. Would be
very difficult to add this for icons?
What do other users think of this? Is there a way to do this now?
