AFAIK there's nothing in FVWM itself, but "trayer", a small tray application written for FVWM-Crystal works well with tomboy. http://gna.org/projects/fvwm-crystal/ http://fvwm-crystal.org I'm not sure which version of trayer is required, IIRC I couldn't get Psi to work with the trayer version from Debian Sarge, the current version in Debian Sid (1.0) works well with both, Psi and tomboy.
