Why so sensitive, guys? I, for one, didn't find it rude at all. He had a problem that he reckoned must have been solved since presentations are a common task. I understood it simply as a "bump" to see if anyone out there knew the answer and hadn't gotten around to answering. Granted, perhaps he should have waited longer, but it had already been a week. Now, personally I'm a lazy slob, but I do know some good people that organise their time well enough to find plenty of time in between their chores to do things like respond to emails. For these people, a week -- strewn with ten minute slots, perfect for answering emails -- is a *long* time. I find it a good rule for email communication to assume good faith. Not so much for the sake of the poster, but rather for mine. ;-) Cheers, Martin -- \u270C
