Hello,

I have two questions about 'Select' action behaviour in the module
'FvwmIconMan'.

Q1) Manpage states that 'Select' action invoked when mouse enters a
window manager button. But it is not true. I have following keybinding
which also invokes 'Select' action without any use of the mouse:

DestroyFunc FvwmIconMan_Next
AddToFunc FvwmIconMan_Next
+ I SendToModule FvwmIconMan \
bifn next Wrap, bif select Select, bif focus Focus, \
gotomanager 0, select, sendcommand SwitchWindow, ret, \
label Focus, gotobutton focus, select, gotobutton next, select, \
sendcommand SwitchWindow, ret, \
label Wrap, gotobutton 0, select, sendcommand SwitchWindow, ret, \
label Select, gotobutton next, select, sendcommand SwitchWindow

Key bracketright A 4 FvwmIconMan_Next

So what it is: FvwmIconMan erroneous behaviour, manpage inaccuracy, or
my misunderstatement?

Q2) If I use this config line:

*FvwmIconMan: Action Select sendcommand Beep

when the pointer enters a button I hear one beep, that's OK. But if I
change this line to:

*FvwmIconMan: Action Select sendcommand FvwmIconMan_select

and define 'FvwmIconMan_select' function like this:

DestroyFunc FvwmIconMan_select
AddToFunc FvwmIconMan_select
+ I Beep

it beeps infinitely until pointer leaves the button. Why?

Thanks in advance
