No, it's not possible to do that at the moment with a menu. You could use FvwmIconMan and/or FvwmWinList in part to do some of the things above.
Thank you for your reply! I am interested in the _functionality_ of "raise on hovering", weather it is achieved by some module or a menu, does not matter at all. These are my first steps with fvwm, so I did not know about the two modules above that you have directed me to. I get right in to reading the man pages and experimenting.
