FVWM: Disabling Stroke

The subject line reflects both my desire to turn off mouse gestures and 
what I feel I've suffered while they are turned on.  I know that I can 
recompile fvwm without stroke support, and that removing libstroke should 
also solve the problem, but I was hoping for a .fvwm2rc based solution.  I 
can't find any information on disabling the stroke feature and was hoping 
someone here could help.
