Hi!
I'd like to configure FvwmButtons to swallow an FvwmPager and the
KDE-Kicker using the following layout (should be on top of the screen):

+---------------+ KDE-Kicker
I'd like to assign keys for raising or lowering both applications
together, that's why I'd like to swallow both into a buttonbox.
The pager should use fixed dimensions, kicker should use the rest of the
screen width (I don't want to specify exact dimensions because I'm using
the same configuration on several hosts with different screen
resolutions.) Ideally, the remaining space below kicker should be
transparent.
However, the documentation suggests that the dimensions of a button may
only be a fixed multiple of the size of another button.
Is there a way to obtain such a layout anyway?
Is there another way to combine both applications into a single frame to
let them both raise or lower together?
