Hi,
I'm just starting to use fvwm with gnome, and thus i have a gnome-panel at both the top an bottom of the screen. Using xprop i can see that these two windows specify a _NET_WM_STRUT of 25 pixels each. FVWM seems to take this into account when maximizing and otherwise resizing windows, but i cant get MinOverlapPercentPlacement to only use dynamic working area (even though EWMHPlacementUseDynamicWorkingArea is in effect)
Specifying EwmhBaseStruts 0 0 25 25 seems to fix it, but it seems a bit wrong (as automatic hiding of the gnome-panel doesn't affect the dynamic working area with it).
Any ideas if this i a bug or how to get it working properly? -- Peder Stray - using fvwm 2.5.21 with support for: ReadLine, RPlay, Stroke, XPM, PNG, Shape, XShm, SM, Bidi text, Xinerama, XRender, XFT, and NLS running on Ubuntu 7.10.
