Hi all, During the last couple of days I had to use the latest Ubuntu release a lot (7.10 I believe). It had the beautiful graphics from Compiz Fusion running (transparencies, desktop cube, "burn on close").
Now, of course this is in NO way a productivity item, but it helps to "poke some eyes" and after even a couple of minutes I was having withdrawal symptoms for FVWM. However, I got wondering, is there anyway that fvwm might, someday, be able to use/create/"do" such graphical "stunt work" as well? (I don't want much, I know.... ;-). Or is this something that just cannot be done (without replicating all the work Compiz and predecessors have done)? And why we would even want that is yet another discussion all together.
