Hi. I use fvwm 2.5.14 in X 6.8.2. I fired up Firefox 1.5 and one window
appeared offscreen. I know where it is -- in the rightmost virtual screen
(of a 10x1 array) it appears in WindowList (part of fvwm2) as having
geometry 1479x1061+3200+0. Since my X desktop is 3200x1200, that is exactly
one desktop-width off to the right. So, out of 10 desktops, it's on #11.
How do I move it back onscreen, since I can't click on any part of it?
This happens periodically and eventually (after a number of Firefox
restarts) the window is reincarnated in an accessible location, but I've
never figured out the pattern.
I searched through the list archives, and the only thing I found promising
with the discussion of MoveWindowOnScreen and FvwmEvent, but I don't know
how to put the pieces together.
