In FVWM the -geometry option conforms to the Move +- syntax but AFAIK that's not documented anywhere in either FVWM(1) or X(7).
Can it be relied on? Today if I do xterm -T First -geom +100-800 & xterm -T Second -geom +100+-800 the window list says: First 0(1):80x24+100-397 Second 0(1):80x24+100-800 If I write a wish script that uses the "+-" syntax to arrange images on the page above the present one, will it continue to work on later versions of FVWM? --Mike
