I know - I've been using it for years without problems. But it's not
"officially" stable so those who don't replace their distro's fvwm with
one they've compiled for themselves miss out. But I don't blame distro's
for not shipping something the developers won't call stable and I don't
blame users being uneasy with overriding their distro. So people keep
asking for help with 2.4.x and keep getting told to upgrade to 2.5.x and
this has been going on for years.
