Follow the CVSWeb link. There is a long babbling with the last
revision[1]. In short, the only difference between fvwm2-i18n and fvwm2
is the option `--enable-multibyte'. The patches for the fvwm2 port[2]
seem rather harmless.

bijoy: you may be more interested in fvwm2-devel, which sports 2.5.28,
than in fvwm2 which has 2.4.20.
