I have a user that is trying to install SecureClient on Windows XP. The installation goes fine. When he reboots he gets a "Driver IRQL Not Less..." error behind his login window. The laptop locks up and he has to boot in safe mode to un-install SecureClient so he can log back into his machine. We have tried Build 53333 and 53515 with no success. The only other thing he is running that may be a factor it Norton's VPN client. Has anyone else seen this? Does anyone know of a way to fix it? Or is there a way to use the Norton VPN client with a Checkpoint firewall?
