only problem I've come across is when running an ai management/enforcement box with a ng fp3 enforcement module. When the rules with the ai got pushed down, the fp3 box had a few problems with sites like yahoo mail and such. Had to limit the AI inspection rules to apply to only the ai box and that took care of it.
