Okay, this for an emergency override. If you have access to the firewall
and just want to change the knwon password into a new one, enter expert
mode and just use the PASSWD command.

Changing GUI admin passwords is done either via the built-in user
manager or via the /etc/fw/bin/cpconfig command.
