Is the internal network the pc's are on included in the encryption domain? I would think it theory you would NOT have to add these in, but we found that we had to (NG AI)

Some users use their computer from external and from inside the network. From outside encrytion works fine, but from inside I cannot ping the internal computers in our test enviroment. Only if I close SecureClient completely it works. I tried to switch off some SCV (global props -> Remote Access -> SCV -> verification failure -> Accept & log and Global Props -> Remote -> Adv. VPN -> While not connected -> send in clear) but no success. Setup: CHKP NG_AI Any idea?
