Ujoshi, You might patch this for the time being by configuring static arp entries on the devices arping for those non-existing addresses.

Recently we upgraded to a DS3 and now we're seeing arp failures. The only way to fix this is to restart the hardware; fwstop/start doesn't work. This happens quite randomly anywhere 6-12 hours from the restart. We applied Hotfix2 which I presume included hotfix 1 which is supposed to fix the proxy arp issue. This has not helped either. Has anyone else seen this issue?
