Hi Russel, it seems you have configured unauthenticated topology download on the FW Ver. 4.1 and you have updated (no fresh installation) to NG AI R54 ? This usually happens after an Firewall-1 upgrade from 4.1 to NG. For backward compatibility, Checkpoint still support unauthenticated topology download during a Firewall-1 upgrade from 4.1 to AI Therefore, SecuRemote/SecureClient 4.1 should still be able to get the topology unauthenticated from the Module. However, if you did a fresh installation of AI, then it will not work.
Define authenticated toplogy download.
