What are you seeing in the logs between these two hosts when you try to start up the VPN? AFAIK, Checkpoint FW-1 does not pretend to know how to NAT ESP (protocol 50). It is not technically possible to NAT ESP in the general case anyway. If you have some kind of UDP or TCP encapsulation options, that should work fine. -- Crist J.
