Hi all, We have a Polycom Video Conferencing unit that we use to connect to remote sites. After 30 minutes, the unit will terminate the connection to the remote site and we must then reconnect again to that site. Troubleshooting the problem, we have come to the conclusion that it has to be some configuration in our Checkpoint firewall. Has anyone has any experience of a Polycom unit doing this? Any ideas of what we could look at?
