There shouldn't be too much of a problem if, in fact your license is tied to the external IP. Not all firewalls are. If yours is, great. However, if you have a distributed network i.e. manager and module on separate boxes, you will need to redo your putkeys as well as any other obvious changes that changing the IP will affect.
