I'm experiencing a problem with HTTP through two different NG AI firewalls running on Nokia 650 appliances. The problem manifests itself as pages pausing before loading, but once they start they load quickly. At first I thought it was a DNS issue, but I've checked and found no problems there. FTP, ICMP, etc all work fine - only HTTP appears to be affected. The problem does not appear to be UFP related, as PCs which are allowed to speak HTTP without UFP are also affected. These firewalls are each running 2 instances of the in.ahttpd daemon, but my understanding is that this doesn't come into play except on UFP transfers anyhow - is that correct?
CPU and Memory utilization on the firewalls don't appear abnormal. fw tab -t connections -s returns a peak of 8000 on one firewall, and 11000 on the other. Anyone have any ideas? ================================================= To set vacation, Out-Of-Office, or away messages, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] =================================================
