I have gotten the NG FP3 management clients for Windows to work under WINE however some things in the menu's don't do anything when you click on them, for example the toolbar doesn't work and other strange things. Thats as far as I went with it, you could take it a step further and try copying some Windows dll's to the WINE system32 directory and see if that helps.
