Use the R56 client. Certainly go with R54 or higher if at all possible. We had the same issues and it required a cpclean and then reinstall.
Matt -----Original Message----- From: Mailing list for discussion of Firewall-1 [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Sean Donaghey/HDGH Sent: Wednesday, May 26, 2004 2:17 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [FW-1] Error upgrading SecuRemote v4.1 SP5 Build 4200 to NG-R55 When I try to upgrade a computer that is running the SecuRemote v4.1 SP5 client to the NG with AI R55 version I get a prompt for Files Needed, asking for the location of a file FWNETCFG.DLL. I do not get this on a clean install of the SR R55 client though. The file exists in the Program Files\Checkpoint\SecuRemote\boot\modules folder, but it is looking for it in the bin folder. This isn't a real big issue for me, but I am wanting to send out a CD too all my remote users, and have them upgrade the client, and I want it too just run without any prompts. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks, Sean The information contained in this e-mail message is confidential and protected by law.
