Hi all, I'm trying to install Checkpoint FW1 4.1 in a machine with operational system Windows 2000. The installation process was successful.
The option IPEnableRouter on Windows registry was set to "1". The machine routing is working very well, but when I start the FW1 with only one rule (rule: drop all), the FW1 don't drop any packet. The IP Forwarding is controlled by FW1 (option Control IP Forwarding in FW1). Is there something to configure in Windows 2000 for FW1 work ? Can somebody explain what is happening ?
