Do you have "policy targets" chosen on your install on field? Edge profile prohibits compilation for certain rules.Also make sure that sms is running via connecting to the the mgmt web portal via browser.(smsstart to start the server -smart center management solution) See my previous posting for other points of failure (HFA04 works though) .Lsmenabler is for the SmartLSM solution. MAC address field is optional.
