Actually, they said to try going to IPSO 3.7.1 and NG AI R55 but have not tested it
yet.

John,

Try using two "@" in a row & you should be able to authenticate. Checkpoint hasn't
been able to give me a fix for this.

Subject: [FW-1] IAS Radius weird problem with password and "@"

Hi,

I've configured CheckPoint to authenticate users
(Client auth) with Microsoft's IAS server to access
the Internet for browsing. This works fine for
everyone, well accept one.

Turns out the the person had a "@" in their password
and that was causing the user not to be able to
authenticate. I have verified it myself, entered it
for the user and also changed the password to prove
the point. As soon as changed the password, voila !!!

Now I know what your thinking, "the user had the wrong
password all along", changed the password back to
something with a "@" in it and was denied access again
(yes I left enough time to synchronise the AD's)

As anyone seen this before ?

Thanks
