in you local.scv you don't realy check anything....
The error message "Clients configuration is not verified" just means it didn't pass 
for whatever reason....
The problem is probably with some of the 'default' check secureclient does, i.e. Only 
IP protocols, no routing allowed etc.
Look at the SecureClient diagnostics tool to get a clue...
Also if it says routing is enabled, it could be RRAS is installed, i've seen it on 
several OEM XP installs. If so you'll find something like dial-in connections in the 
Network controlpannel, just delete it. ipconfig /all will also tell you that IP 
Routing is on if this is the case.
