Hi, my customer has a somewhat older CPVP-VEE-U-NG (unlimited enterprise center incl. 1 gateway) license. now he wants to add an additional HA gateway (VPN-1). Can he simply use the current VPN-1 Pro HA Gateway or will we run into technical difficulties because the newer product licenses contain more features (like incl. floodgate etc.)?
or is it necessary to upgrade the CPVP-VEE-U-NG to the current licensing/product model (which would mean another 5000 euros for nothing). I know I can just add the license and would be right with it, but I am wondering if it matters on a technical level. if we simply turn off the additional features it shouldn't matter, right?
