Hello,

We have a Checkpoint firewall NG FP2 running on a Nokia IP300 appliance.
The SMTP security gateway is configured to receive inbound mail and
relay it to the internal mail server.

Recently, we've got quite a few complaints from various domains that
they can't sent email to us. The following is the error they receive:

From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Sent: Thursday, 19 August 2004 3:03 p.m.
To: Jan Marshall
Subject: Message delayed ([EMAIL PROTECTED])

<<ATT271070.txt>> <<ATT271071.dat>> Your message has been delayed and
is still awaiting delivery to the following recipient(s):
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
Message delayed

I/O error encountered
during command: MAIL FROM:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> SIZE=92

I believe it has something to do with the SMTP security gateway, but
can't find any evidence or proof. Just wondering if anyone has come
across the same problem and can shed some lights on it.

Much appreciated.
Alec
