Asunto: [FW-1] Checkpoint Firewall Service Problem

Hello Lists,

I am facing one strength problem with one of my Checkpoint firewall (
SecurePlateform NG). When I connect with Checkpoint smartdeskboard and I try
to install any rule . I am getting this error.

"THE Change could not be saved. Make sure that all Checkpoint Firewall -1
service are up and running. For more information view Checkpoint SmartView
status application"

Then I get this message " Error while saving policy, Installations will
abort."

I check SmartView Status application also.all servive is working fine there.
Otherwise , all old rule is working fine..but I can't add new rules.

Waiting for yours reply, thanks in Advance

Regards,
