SmallOffice NG enforcement point. R55 Smart Center Server. when physically in the office, I can authenticate with SecuRemote. When out on the internet, I get "gateway not responding." odd thing is, I have another machine set up just the same as the problem machine, and it authenticates just fine. also, with the "problem" machine, if I stop SecuRemote, I can ping my enforcement point no problem. Why can't SecuRemote find my firewall? I've deleted and recreated the site a couple times. I've tried creating it with DNS name and alternately with the IP address.
