This feels like something that must be common or silly or both, but I've looked in secure knowledgebase, the web, and dejanews, and though I've found other people with similar symptoms I've not found the solution:
I have an NG FP2 setup where I can't change the admin user's password or add new admin users. It appears to work, but when I click the final OK to exit the Checkpoint Configuration program, the message "Unable to save administrator's password" appears in a pop-up window.
