Just an FYI, your Checkpoint rep may be able to get a build that supports other
hardware than is on the HCL. I recently obtained an image which has support
for HP/Compaq's 6i SCSI controller that's used in all their G4 servers. It's
no on any of the HCLs or commonly available builds.

It's worth asking.

Subject: [FW-1] Does SPLAT support RAID??

Hi everyone,

I'm attempting to install SPLAT R55 for a Stand alone configuration in a
IBM x226 server wich contains a SCSI hard disk RAID with Adaptec Hdd's. But I
can't even begin the installation because after prompting for the IP and the
port for the web communication appears a message like ".. unable to find a
device to create filesystem..", and press a key to reboot the system.

Does anyone have a clue for this?
Does CheckPoint support SCSI RAId's?

Is there a solution?

Best Regards, and thanks to all of you
